- The AI-generated insights and recommendations are for informational purposes only and do not guarantee specific results.
- You retain ownership of your data, but grant XENITH AI a license to use, modify, and analyze this data to provide and improve our services.
5. Integrations and Third-Party Services
Our platform may integrate with third-party services, such as Google. When using these integrations:
- You are responsible for complying with the terms and conditions of these third-party services.
- XENITH AI is not responsible for the content or functionality of third-party services.
- You authorize XENITH AI to access and use your data from these services as necessary to provide our services.
6. Subscription, Payments, and Refunds
Access to certain features of our platform requires a paid subscription. By subscribing to our services, you agree to the following:

XENITH AI offers the following subscription plans:
- Monthly Plan: Billed monthly at $14.99/month with flexible cancellation
- Yearly Plan: Billed annually at $119.88/year ($9.99/month), offering a 33% savings compared to the monthly plan
6.2. Payment Terms
By providing a payment method, you authorize XENITH AI to charge the applicable subscription fees:
- All subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
- You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information
- If payment fails, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service
- All payments are processed securely through our payment processors
- Prices are in USD unless otherwise specified
6.3. 7-Day Money Back Guarantee
We offer a 7-day money back guarantee for new subscriptions:
- If you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase

- This guarantee applies only to first-time subscribers and does not apply to subscription renewals
- Important: The 7-day money back guarantee is only applicable if you did not request an NFC Card with your subscription. If you requested an NFC Card, refund eligibility will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis
- A confirmation email will be sent separately to verify your refund eligibility and confirm the refund request
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method
6.4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time:

- For yearly subscriptions, cancellation takes effect at the end of the annual billing period
- You will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period

Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date:
- Monthly subscriptions renew every month
- Yearly subscriptions renew annually
- You will be charged the then-current subscription rate
- You can disable automatic renewal in your account settings
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the XENITH AI platform, including but not limited to the AI algorithms, software, text, graphics, logos, and images, are the exclusive property of XENITH AI and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
XENITH AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. In no event shall our liability exceed the amount you paid for the service during the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new terms on our website or through the platform. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
